Plumber

Your new company
We're working with a building contractor to put together a team of trades staff to complete a 4 bedroom house renovation on the Wakefield/Barnsley border.
Required trades include: Joiner, Plasterer, Plumber, Gas Engineer, Tiler
Full time roles until job completion
All trades paying 19ph-24ph dependent on pay type with the gas engineer paying slightly higher
ASAP start

Your new role
Plastering- Re-plastering all rooms (boarding where required, skimming all others)
Tiler- Re-tiling kitchens and bathrooms (walls and floors)
Plumber- Re-plumbing kitchen and bathroom appliances as well as repairing/maintaining any heating systems
Gas engineer- certify some gas pipework in the kitchen


Will be aspects of finishing/painting works.
ALL ROLES WILL REQUIRE ASPECTS OF HELPING OTHER TRADES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

What you'll need to succeed
Must have NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant trade (Gas engineer must have gas safe registration)
Must have own tools (materials will be provided)
At least 3 years working in relevant sector
Previous domestic maintenance/refurb experience required
2 satisfactory references from within the last 12 months
Pictures of previous works completed beneficial but not essential

What you'll get in return
