Plumber (Prison Project)

Location: South Littleton
Pay Rate: £18.00 - £23.00
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing

Immediate Start – once Security clearance is completed.

Temporary on going. Monday to Friday.

Please note this working in on MOD Contract, so there will a vetting process to follow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine and non-routine plumbing maintenance
• Perform fault finding and provide effective solutions
• Identify and report life-expired equipment
• Check, repair, and replace plumbing systems as needed
• Complete inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments
• Conduct mains water supply repairs
• Work in line with health and safety standards and approved method statements
• Minimise material waste and promote efficient practices
• Ensure statutory maintenance is delivered on time and is fully compliant

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Gas Safe Registration
• Legionella Control (L8) certification
• Experience with Maximo or similar maintenance management systems
• Competent in the use of light plant equipment
• Comfortable working at height and in all weather conditions
