Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in South Petherton. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with great rates of pay and in a supportive team environment.
Shift Patterns (Ad-Hoc):
- Days:
- 6am - 2pm | 12.45 per hour
Twilight:
- 2pm - 5pm | 12.45 per hour
- 5pm - 10pm | 17.55 per hour
- Nights:
- 10pm - 6am | 18.68 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.
- Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure all products meet required quality standards.
- Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work as part of a fast-paced production team.
