Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for Machine Operatives to join their growing production team in Lopen.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, organised, and supportive environment, with full training provided. You will play a key role in maintaining production quality and efficiency while adhering to strict health and safety standards.
Key Duties:
Operate production machinery after training.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Accurately complete all required shift documentation.
Identify and report equipment faults or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
Perform regular product inspections for compliance.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and follow training processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
What We Offer:
Salary between 25,900 and 38,800 per annum, depending on shift.
Monday to Friday shifts:
6am - 2pm.
2pm - 10pm.
10pm - 6am (Night shift).
Early finish on Fridays.
