Sous chef required for a kitchen towards the coast in south shields, with all restaurants in this area the restaurant does sell a fresh fish dishes. This established restaurant has won awards and is fresh. The fish lands daily, as you would expect in this area. Sous chef 34-36k

The role

As a sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the head chef. you will ensure everything runs smoothly, that the kitchen is prep and cook in service. They sell meat and fish dishes but due to the area they do use fresh local fish as well. This sous chef role will include all the standard sous chef duties

Experience

We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background with knowledge of fish as well as other ingredients.
