As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting various manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate silicone dispensing equipment and maintain machinery.
  • Pack silicone products into packaging.
  • Move products between production areas and the warehouse.
  • Verify and locate delivered goods.
  • Produce stickers using various press machinery.
  • Follow all company health and safety policies.
  • Maintain a high level of personal and workspace hygiene.
  • Continuously seek process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
