As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and supporting various manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate silicone dispensing equipment and maintain machinery.
- Pack silicone products into packaging.
- Move products between production areas and the warehouse.
- Verify and locate delivered goods.
- Produce stickers using various press machinery.
- Follow all company health and safety policies.
- Maintain a high level of personal and workspace hygiene.
- Continuously seek process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
