This is a rare opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a kitchen that prides itself on creativity, work-life balance, and culinary excellence.
The Restaurant:
• Michelin-standard modern French cuisine
• 5-course tasting menus & à la carte dining
• Closed Sundays & Mondays + generous holiday closures (Christmas, New Year, August)
• Structured shifts (7/week – 1 early, 2 late, 2 doubles)
• Supportive, stable team with minimal turnover
The Ideal Chef de Partie:
? Passionate about fine dining & seasonal produce
? 3+ years' experience in high-end kitchens
? Strong section skills (any station considered)
? Team player with a positive, hardworking attitude
? Thrives in a fast-paced but respectful environment
