Welder Fabricator - Up to 18 per hour + Overtime - South Woodham Ferrers
We're working with a well-established welding and fabrication company based in South Woodham Ferrers, who are currently seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with MIG & TIG welding experience, along with general fabrication knowledge. You'll be part of a supportive team with the opportunity to take on varied work, including occasional site visits.
Role Details:
Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Location: South Woodham Ferrers
Pay: Up to 18.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
Overtime: Paid at 1.33x on weekdays and Saturdays, 2.0x on Sundays
Benefits: Free on-site parking, regular overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
MIG & TIG welding on a variety of projects
General fabrication work
Supporting the wider workshop team
Occasional on-site work when required
What we're looking for:
Previous MIG & TIG welding experience is essential
Ability to work from fabrication drawings is a plus
A proactive, team-oriented approach
