As a Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the Body Shop Manager, the main purpose of the job is to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repair in an efficient and courteous manner and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

路Attention to detail in all administration

Skills and Qualifications of a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor
路Experience of working in a modern accident repair centre
路Experience of Autoflow would be advantageous
路Excellent customer service and organisation skills
路Good IT skills
路Experience of cash credit control
路Excellent administrative skills
路Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
路Ability to work within a team environment
