Morgan Hunt currently requires a Painter Building Maintenance Handyperson for NHS based in MiddlesexPay Rate: £16ph to 17ph LtdHours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Thurs and 8am to 16:00pm FriLocation: MiddlesexDuration 12 months on going contractSuitable candidates must have full clean driving licence vehicle will be providedRole details:Job description requirementsCarry out painting and decorating / tiling flooring across various Trust sitsCarry out work activities which are both routine and non-routine. Carry out new works, repairs and routine planned maintenance activities to building fabric, fixtures and fittings.Carry out reactive work requests, minor new installation requests and weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets efficiently.Escort contractors carrying out inspections, installations and maintenance strictly adhere to the relevant policies and procedures, maintain tool lists and comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations. QualificationCity & Guilds part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in painting and decorating or carpentryRecognised apprenticeship in painting and decorating or carpentryExperienceExperience across the Painting decorating , tiling flooringSelf-motivated and able to work with minimum supervisionWorked within NHS environment (preferable).OtherOwn tools & PPEAbility to interact at all levels.Flexibility and adaptability. Computer literateSatisfactory attendance to work 8-16:30 M to T and 8-16 F. Current driving license (manual).
