SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support for Child with ASD

Are you a caring, patient, and proactive individual with experience supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southall is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Key Stage 1 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This full-time role begins in September 2025 and will continue for the full academic year, with potential for extension. The school is part of a collaborative local trust and is known for its strong SEN support structure, nurturing ethos, and excellent staff retention.

The Role:
  • Providing consistent 1:1 support for a child with ASD, focusing on communication, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning
