The Role

 

With our products launched, we are now looking to build a clear growth strategy. We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Sales & Marketing Executive to work alongside the founders to take our product further into the market. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape and deliver our sales and marketing plans across both B2B (hospitality, retail, and wholesale) and B2C (direct-to-consumer) channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Help shape and drive a growth strategy that puts our product on the map across both B2B and B2C markets.

  • Spot opportunities and open doors with retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality partners who believe in what we stand for.

  • Create buzz through creative marketing campaigns, engaging content, and social media activity that builds a loyal following.

  • Support the growth of our online sales channels, making sure our product reaches customers wherever they are.

  • Fly the flag for our brand at events, tastings, and community activities — being the face of our values of wellbeing, sustainability, and ethics.

  • Be our eyes and ears in the market, bringing back fresh ideas, trends, and feedback to keep us ahead of the curve.

About You

  • Entrepreneurial at heart — you get a kick out of building something new and seeing ideas come to life.

  • Experienced in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in FMCG, wellness, or ethical consumer products.

  • Commercially sharp but also values-driven — you care as much about how business is done as the results it delivers.
