- Manage key installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Oversee and support installer teams, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to installers and clients as needed.
- Conduct site surveys and develop comprehensive installation plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
- Leverage your industry expertise to refine our processes and methods, adding measurable value.
- Maintain up-to-date systems and documentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Travel abroad for installations and factory visits as required.
- Extensive experience in the equipment and machinery, automotive or engineering industry (car lift or elevator experience ideally), with a strong technical background.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to consider P&L impact.
- Knowledge of modern installation practices and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and bring innovative solutions to the table.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
