Are you a methodical and highly organised administrator looking to build your career in a professional, internationally focused environment? This is an excellent opportunity to support a specialist team involved in the administration of investment funds, working in a sector where accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail are key.
In this role, you'll be providing essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring high standards are maintained in all client documentation and processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of client documentation, including compliance paperwork.
- Managing internal records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Supporting client onboarding processes by gathering key information and documentation.
- Liaising with internal team members and external partners to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Handling emails, scanning, document collation, and other general admin duties to support the wider operations team.
- Updating databases and trackers to keep client records current and accurate.
- Assisting with data entry and document formatting using Word and Excel.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a professional or regulated environment, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and can-do approach to supporting a small but busy team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- An interest in financial services, compliance, or investment-related work would be an advantage.
This is a great opportunity to join a respected, well-established company and gain exposure to the administration behind complex international financial structures. Full training will be provided, and you'll be working in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contribution is genuinely valued.
This role is fully office-based in Southam, so applicants must be able to reliably commute.
