Description
- Provide expert corporate tax advice and consultancy services to a diverse client base.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of corporate tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering growth and development.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide holistic business solutions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives to support the growth of the tax department.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:
- Professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in corporate tax within the professional services sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of tax professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on identifying growth and planning opportunities.
