- Managing the end-to-end accounting function for the business
- Overseeing the payroll and credit control processes
- Producing statutory reports and submitting accounts
- Developing and mentoring a small finance team, providing training when required
- Playing a key role in producing analysis and commentary for all business reports in a timely manner
- Being a strong team player and supporting the Finance Director, completing adhoc duties as required
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with strong relevant experience
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with finance and non-finance individuals
- Advanced Excel and systems skills
- Experience overseeing transactional finance and payroll
