Description
- Leading and managing M&A tax projects and contributing to the delivery of complex client engagements.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide high levels of client service.
- Providing insightful, industry-specific advice to help our clients mitigate tax risk.
- Collaborating with team members to improve client support tools, methodologies and best practices.
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical skills and personal goals.
- Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
- Staying abreast of industry changes and trends to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
Profile
A successful M&A Senior Associate should have:
- Experience in a UK-based accountancy firm.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A full ATT qualification and a partial or completed CTA qualification.
- Strong understanding of M&A Tax & Corporate Tax.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining a strong commitment to team dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts.
