Description

  • Leading and managing M&A tax projects and contributing to the delivery of complex client engagements.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide high levels of client service.
  • Providing insightful, industry-specific advice to help our clients mitigate tax risk.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve client support tools, methodologies and best practices.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical skills and personal goals.
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Staying abreast of industry changes and trends to maintain up-to-date knowledge.

Profile

A successful M&A Senior Associate should have:

  • Experience in a UK-based accountancy firm.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A full ATT qualification and a partial or completed CTA qualification.
  • Strong understanding of M&A Tax & Corporate Tax.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining a strong commitment to team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts.
