Description
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices and maintaining up-to-date payment records.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of accounting operations.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Preparing financial reports for internal use by the department.
- Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.
