The role for the Administrator
- First /point of contact on the phone for customers
- Setting up Job folders
- Diary management
- Fleet management including fuel expenses
- Coordination of training courses
- Ordering PPE
- Hiring equipment
- Arranging Travel
- Booking meeting Rooms
The client is looking for an experienced administrator who has a good command of Microsoft packages including diary management.
The Administrator role will be full-time and has free parking.
