Senior Carer Duties
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication administration
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Office-Based Duties:Â
- Develop and update client care plans and risk assessments
- Coordinate staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate coverage
- Manage and maintain accurate administrative records, including timesheets and incident reports
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to arrange appointments and follow-ups for clients
- Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals, providing feedback and support
Senior Carer Requirements:Â
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a care role
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving license and access to a vehicle preferred but not mandatory
