Description
- Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting.
- Helping with the preparation of VAT returns.
- Communicating with suppliers and resolving any payment related queries.
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
- Supporting other team members in the Accounting and Finance department as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
Profile
As the successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
