Are you an experienced Business Change Manager ready to lead transformative projects and deliver impactful change?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing IT change and transformation team as a key player in a wide range of strategic initiatives, including system upgrades, new platform rollouts, and digital tools to support new ways of working.

A key focus for this role will be driving change around a major Windows 11 deployment, aligned with an evolving workplace policy and technology shift.

About the Role:As part of a forward-thinking Business Change function, you'll be involved in shaping and embedding positive change across multiple projects. You'll support project delivery from a people and process perspective, ensuring readiness, engagement, and adoption at every level.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading change impact assessments and readiness activities for large-scale IT and digital projects.
  • Designing and executing change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and resistance management.
  • Driving user adoption and helping teams embed new ways of working aligned to strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects land successfully and sustainably.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong background in change management with a proven track record of supporting successful digital or IT transformation.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders using a consultative and proactive approach.
  • Confident communicator who can craft and deliver messages that resonate across different audiences.
  • Experience using change management methodologies and tools to guide projects through all phases of the change lifecycle.
