Now, we're looking for a seasoned customs professional to take the lead in Southampton - someone who's ready to grow a team, shape operations, and develop a client base with full support from a global network.
Your Mission:
Launch and develop a new customs branch in Southampton
Bring your deep knowledge of port operations, import/export procedures, and local logistics to the forefront
Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management
Build and lead your own team, with the autonomy to shape branch culture and performance
What You Bring:
10+ years in customs, with hands-on experience in the Southampton port zone
A strong commercial mindset and proven ability to acquire and retain clients
Self-motivation and independence - you're comfortable building from the ground up
