Van Driver – Immediate Start
Location: Southampton, SO30
Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Every other Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (4 hours)
Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly (Fridays)
Hours: 40 hours one week / 44 hours the next
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Van Driver to join our team in Southampton. This is a dual position, with roughly half your time spent driving and the other half working in the warehouse.
Your day will vary — you may start on the road making deliveries and return to the warehouse in the afternoon, or begin with warehouse duties before heading out later in the day. Flexibility and reliability are key.
Deliveries include a wide range of car parts such as brake pads, discs, nuts, bolts, batteries, and mirrors. Attention to detail and care are essential to ensure parts are delivered accurately and safely to customers.
When not driving, you’ll support the warehouse team by:

Sorting new stock into correct areas

Picking and preparing parts for delivery

Checking and processing returns

Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
This is a varied role that suits someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing both delivery and warehouse responsibilities.
Requirements

Previous experience as a delivery driver (essential)

Over 22 years old or holding a full UK manual driving licence for at least 2 years (for insurance purposes)

Good knowledge of the Southampton area (desirable)

Ability to safely handle, load, and unload car parts

Strong time management and organisational skills

Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent working hours
