We are looking for an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our Clients Property Team. This role is crucial in making a real difference in people's lives by ensuring the safety and quality of their housing.
Day-to-day of the role:- Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs.
- Perform both 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry tasks.
- Install windows, doors, and door frames, both internal and external.
- Handle UPVC servicing and installation.
- Conduct locksmithing tasks including lock snapping, drilling, and picking.
- Engage in various forms of fencing installations.
- Fit and build kitchens, along with minor joinery tasks.
- Undertake basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and other general maintenance tasks as required.
- Proven Carpentry experience
- Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years of proven track record in the field.
- Strong understanding of health and safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
- Ability to manage a company van for business use.
- £335 yearly Tool Allowance.
