Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the kitchen team
Plan, prepare, and cook seasonal menus
Cater for dietary requirements, allergens, and nutritional needs
Manage food safety, hygiene standards, stock, and ordering
Maintain a smooth and efficient care home kitchen operation
4-day working week (40 hours) + alternate weekends off
