Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

Benefits: Full benefits package The role of the Internal Sales Executive - Precast Concrete will involve:

• Account Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of precast concrete products such as: beams, stairs, lift shafts, beam and block, edge trim, flooring slabs, hollowcore and other accessories
• Manage and build relationships with existing and new customers
• Interpret enquiries and assist with the production of estimates
• Follow up all estimates issued by the team
• Negotiating prices with customers to secure orders
• Occasionally attending pre contract and customer meetings
• Input all relevant information onto internal database
• Dealing with projects ranging in value from £1k up to £500k+

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive - Precast Concrete with:

• Must have sales experience within the construction market sector
• Ideally will have experience working with a range precast concrete products such as: beams, stairs, lift shafts, beam and block, edge trim, flooring slabs, hollowcore and other accessories
• Must have excellent telephone manor and communication skills
• Ideally some existing relationships / contacts that could be utilised in this role
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Capable of working autonomously and under minimal supervision
• Commercially astute, professional, organised
• Hard working, positive, driven and dynamic personality
