Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer

We're working with a forward-thinking building services consultancy based in Fareham that's redefining how energy and environmental performance are embedded into building design. They're looking for a passionate and technically capable Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role:

·Develop and deliver mechanical building services designs from RIBA Stage 2 onwards.
·Use tools such as Hevacomp, IES, and Revit MEP to optimise performance and energy use.
·Collaborate with sustainability and electrical teams on integrated building services design.
·Contribute to energy strategies, modelling, and decarbonisation plans.
·Attend design meetings and support junior engineers where needed.

What We're Looking For:

·Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
·Experience within a building services consultancy environment.
·Sound understanding of low-carbon design principles and CIBSE standards.
·Familiar with relevant software (e.g. Hevacomp, IES, AutoCAD, Revit).
·A strong interest in delivering projects that push environmental performance.
