I am seeking a Mechanical Project Manager located in or near the A34 corridor so close to Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, Newbury and Oxford.

With expertise in mechanical installation and contract maintenance projects, the position offers a salary of up to 75k plus a package. This is a valuable opportunity to secure a permanent role with a reputable company specializing in M&E, Renewable Energy, and maintenance services nationwide. The ideal candidate should be a specialist in design & build fit-outs, installations, and plant replacements.

Role Description

This is a full-time permanent role for a Mechanical Project Manager. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all mechanical engineering initiatives align with the project timelines and budget. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and monitor project progress.

Required

  • Project management, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Mechanical engineering, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills
  • Time management, budgeting, and resource allocation skills
  • Experience with industry-standard software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Relevant project management certification is a plus
