Position: Business Development Team LeaderLocation: Southampton – SO15Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday)Salary: £28,000 per annum + bonus (OTE £10,000-£15,000)
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek and secure new customers through various sales methods and networking.
- Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote and sell to both new and existing customers, emphasising product benefits and applications.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or cold-calling lists.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products/services and sales techniques.
- Works well under pressure.
