- Managing a portfolio of client accounts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including timelines, fee negotiations and leading meetings
- Planning projects, setting budgets and allocating resources
- Conducting analytical evaluations
- Reviewing work to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality standards
- Coaching and guiding junior team members through briefings, feedback and development support
- Coordinating cross-team collaboration to meet client needs and deadlines
- Overseeing compliance processes and regulatory administration
- To be ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Previous experience in a public practice
- A strong commercial focus with excellent relationship-building skills
- To be a confident leader who can coach, delegate and inspire others
- To be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
