This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACA/ACCA-qualified professional to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio in a forward-thinking practice. You’ll work closely with Client Directors, Client Managers and specialist teams, while also leading junior staff to deliver exceptional service.With hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and a culture that values both client results and employee growth, this role offers the variety, autonomy and professional challenge you’ve been looking for.Reporting to the Client Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including timelines, fee negotiations and leading meetings
  • Planning projects, setting budgets and allocating resources
  • Conducting analytical evaluations
  • Reviewing work to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality standards
  • Coaching and guiding junior team members through briefings, feedback and development support
  • Coordinating cross-team collaboration to meet client needs and deadlines
  • Overseeing compliance processes and regulatory administration
What you will need:
  • To be ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Previous experience in a public practice
  • A strong commercial focus with excellent relationship-building skills
  • To be a confident leader who can coach, delegate and inspire others
  • To be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
