Salary: 35-38,000

Our client, a forward-thinking and design-led architectural practice, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with proven expertise in delivering large-scale residential schemes for major UK house builders. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious studio committed to producing high-quality, design-driven housing solutions.

• Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects

• Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, engineers, and clients to achieve design and regulatory objectives

• Ensure all technical work complies with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements

• Support and mentor junior technicians, offering guidance and technical expertise

• Contribute to project and client meetings, providing professional input on technical matters

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)

• Significant experience delivering large residential developments for national house builders

• Strong technical skills with excellent precision and attention to detail

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software packages

• In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously

• Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
