Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a Professional Services business, based in Southampton, in their search for a Credit Controller on a 6-month FTC.Key Responsibilities include:
- Chasing for payment of outstanding debt via telephone and email to minimise bad debts
- Keeping accurate records up to date with clear and concise notes
- Liaising with other departments and stakeholders across the business to ensure swift resolution of queries
- Responsibility for c2000 accounts (as part of a team)
Key Skills/Experience include:
- One to three years' credit control experience
- Experience of dealing with high volume of customers on monthly basis
- Experience in a similar role within Professional Services office environment
- Pro-active and positive attitude
- Well organised, attention to detail and meticulous approach to work
