As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Services Executive / Administrator to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client support.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients — handling calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas
- Keeping client records up to date, logging contact in our CRM, and producing reports
- Supporting client marketing, including social media activity and online presence
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong administration skills
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability, with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong technical skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Salesforce desirable)
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to deal with all levels of stakeholders
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys making a positive difference for clients
