As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Services Executive / Administrator to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients — handling calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas
  • Keeping client records up to date, logging contact in our CRM, and producing reports
  • Supporting client marketing, including social media activity and online presence
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with strong administration skills
  • Excellent organisation and multitasking ability, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong technical skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Salesforce desirable)
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to deal with all levels of stakeholders
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team
