Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Woolston. Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:The main purpose of your role is to provide a property management and tenancy administration support service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carrier out in time and to agreed standards and co-ordinate and arrange relevant statutory safety checks. Skills and experience required to be a successful Customer Service Advisor:
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Solid administration skills
  • Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
