Role: Customer Services Advisor

Location: Hedge End (Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday (7.30am - 4.30pm and 10am - 7pm)

Salary: £29,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
