Customer Service/Product Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service/Product Specialist with a strong background in delivering top-tier customer support, ideally through a digital ticketing system. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you'll develop in-depth knowledge of our outdoor product range, assisting both potential and existing customers. Our customer interactions take place across multiple channels, including Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, Email, and SMS.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via the Gorgias ticketing system across various communication channels
? Provide high-quality, efficient, and accurate resolutions to customer queries
? Follow established processes for returns, exchanges, and other customer requests
? Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
? Quickly adapt to new processes and updates
? Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve our 4.7/Excellent Trustpilot rating
Who You Are
We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for the outdoors. You'll have a keen eye for detail and a strong drive to help customers while ensuring efficiency and following company processes.
You're a positive, problem-solver who enjoys working in a dynamic team.
You should have experience in:
? Delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels
? Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining strong CSAT scores
? Using customer service or ticketing platforms (experience with Gorgias is a bonus!)
