We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our client's team. This role is crucial for delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting their company mission creating unforgettable experiences.

The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality customer service, primarily online via a digital ticketing system. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of the product and accessory range to effectively resolve enquiries from both potential and existing customers across various channels including Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM’s, Email, and SMS. 

Day to Day Duties:

  • Respond to customer enquiries through the ticketing system across multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to standard processes for returns, exchanges, and other customer interactions to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Quickly adapt to changes and new processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain and enhance our excellent rating on Trustpilot.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering high-level customer service across various channels.
  • Familiarity with customer service or ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias preferred).
  • Positive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to be part of a motivated team.
  • Passionate about outdoor adventure with a keen eye for detail.
