Position: Ocean Export Operator - RoRo Shipping
Location: SO14 - Southampton
Salary Up to 35,000
Hours: Mon-Friday (1 day working from home)
We are partnering with a leading independent global RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping company, renowned for their agility and precision in logistics. Specializing in the worldwide shipment of cars, trucks, trailers, and other self-propelled or rolling cargo, they offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Role Overview:
As a Deep-Sea Export Operator, you will manage the end-to-end export process for RoRo shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles and machinery across international waters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating bookings and documentation for RoRo shipments
- Liaising with clients, shipping lines, and port authorities
- Managing schedules and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in deep-sea export operations, particularly in RoRo shipping
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
