Key Responsibilities:

Designing and developing engaging instructional materials and training courses

Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives

Implementing instructional design best practices and methodologies

Assessing the effectiveness of training programmes and making necessary adjustments

Ensuring training materials are aligned with business goals and industry standards

Job Requirements:

Experience in instructional design or learning design

Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and principles

Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia technologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
