We are seeking an experienced Home Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding dementia care for an exciting new opportunity in the Southampton area.

The ideal candidate will thrive on leading high-performing teams and understand the importance of clinical excellence and business success. You must be dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia in a safe, compassionate, and enriching environment.

As Home Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care, compliance with regulatory frameworks, and a strong, supportive culture for both residents and staff.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding residential and nursing dementia care.
  • Monitor and manage clinical KPIs to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality person-centred care.
  • Oversee financial performance, occupancy, and budgetary targets.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and healthcare partners.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.






About You:

  • Proven experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
  • Strong understanding of dementia care and the complexities of supporting those living with it.
  • Clinical background (RGN or RMN) preferred but not essential.
  • Robust knowledge of clinical governance and KPI management.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, and team performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.






Salary:

  • Basic salary in the region of 70,000 - 80,000pa neg DOSE
  • Supportive senior management team and collaborative culture
