Sonic Summary

Murray McIntosh is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a contract position with a client in Southampton, Hampshire.
Candidates should have experience with AutoCAD Electrical and strong electrical design skills, including producing schematics and wiring diagrams.
High voltage experience and familiarity with the marine industry are beneficial but not mandatory.
The position offers a competitive rate of £45 - £53 per hour, outside IR35, and is expected to last between 6 to 12 months with potential for extension.
The role allows for hybrid working, averaging 1 to 2 days per week in the office, and the start date is ASAP.

Murray McIntosh are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to work for a client of ours on a contract basis as detailed below:

Requirements:

AutoCAD Electrical experience
Strong electrical design experience
Experience producing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts & I/O lists
Experience of carrying out calculations would be an advantage.
High voltage experience
Previous experience of the marine industry or similar would be beneficial
