Are you a skilled MET / Panel Technician looking to step into a modern, high-performing bodyshop with genuine career progression?

The Role

You'll play a key role within the bodyshop, delivering right-first-time repairs to manufacturer standards while supporting the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strip & refit vehicles in line with job cards
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical & diagnostic work
  • Replace components and panels to manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure correct parts and repair methods are used
  • Complete QC checks and final sign-off
  • Support and mentor junior technicians
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in an MET / Bodyshop role
  • NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Proactive, team-focused attitude
