Key Responsibilities:- Manufacturing goods in accordance with instructions detailed on worksheets
- Complying with regulations during manufacturing processes
- Working in a safe manner and adhering to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies
- Reading and accurately interpreting electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and general arrangement drawings
- Skilled fault finding and problem-solving on Single and Three-phase systems
- Meeting customer requirements within set timescales
- Planning and organising work effectively
- Significant experience as a Panel Wireperson
- Genuine enthusiasm and ability to contribute to company and staff success
- Experience working to timescales while meeting customer requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and schematics
- Experience with Single and Three-phase systems
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks

- Stable schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- No evening, weekend, or bank holiday work
- Work location: In-person at Southampton
