Electrician required - Permanent position 40k plus overtime & call out OTE 50k
Job Title: Electrician - Social Housing
Location: Southampton, England
Responsibilities:
- To carry out electrical testing, repairs, and installations within domestic and commercial properties or premises, including appliances.
- Carry out electrical testing, repairs, and installations to client properties.
- Be a part of the team of Electricians across the site.
- Assist the Building Contracts team when required on their program of works both to the group and external customers.
Requirements:
- Must be a fully qualified Electrician with a level 3 qualification, 18th Edition and 2391 Test and Inspection.
- Experience with EICR testing on social housing properties is preferred.
- Knowledge of reactive maintenance, testing, and planned works.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform diagnostics to determine issues.
- Experience with fault finding and remedials.
