My client is a leading Independent Mortgage Brokerage expanding their Protection Sales Team.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Protection Sales and offers a basic salary of £29,500 with an OTE of £70,000.
Candidates should be CEMAP qualified or possess equivalent qualifications, along with previous insurance sales experience.
The position allows for hybrid work options after a probation period and includes benefits such as 26 days of annual leave, company events, and private medical insurance.
This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, providing an excellent opportunity to join a respected Financial Services Company.

My client is a leading whole of market Independent Mortgage Brokerage, who due to expansion are looking to increase their Protection Sales Team.

The role has hybrid options once probation is passed.

You will be an experienced Protection Seller, competent at working on leads passed by Mortgage Advisers, quoting and closing business over the phone.

Ideally you will be CEMAP qualified or equivalent, and previous insurance sales experience is essential.

You will be target driven, motivated, and hungry for success, competitive, and possess an excellent telephone manner.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends
Work Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility for up to 2 days working from home after 6 months
