CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a multi-national Group based near Ocean Village, Southampton, in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to cover a period of parental leave. You will be joining a business experiencing sustained growth and transformation within the business. What will the Interim Finance Business Partner role involve?

  • Month-end reporting across day 1-6, focused mainly across 3 working days.

  • Ownership of extensive KPI reporting and monthly revenue analysis versus forecasts.

  • Review of cost and revenue accruals, journal approvals, and financial controls.

  • Collaboration with budget holders and senior leadership to support decision making.

  • Delivery of quarterly forecasts (Q2 reforecasting and Q3 setting).

  • Full ownership of the annual budgeting process in July/August, coordinating with 10 international stakeholders.

  • Financial input into bids and tenders, sense-checking pricing and project costing in Excel.

  • Opportunity to play a lead role in developing reporting capabilities using Netsuite Analytics.

Suitable Candidate for the Interim Finance Business Partner role:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience operating at senior stakeholder level, ideally with international exposure.

  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience within a commercial environment.

  • Systems experience with Netsuite or Oracle is highly desirable.

  • Confident with Excel and experienced in working with financial analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Netsuite Analytics).
  • Comfortable working early hours (7:00–3:00 or 8:00–4:00) to accommodate international stakeholders.
