- Provide financial guidance and support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights

- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Participate in strategic decision making
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
- The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
