We are looking for someone who is experienced in complex sales ledger functions. If you have a few years of meaty billing experience you might love this job as its a sales ledger role with a twist. Such a great company and team, and the role is varied and interesting. People who join tend to stay!
The Role
Key responsibilities are all the classic requirements you would expect from a busy Sales Ledger role, but different.. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee around 200 complex customer invoices each month sent by the team, which is yourself and two others
- Work closely with the business to collate information to facilitate end of month billing, essentially getting ducks in a row to be able to invoice
- Forecasting, both longer term and mid month Flash reporting
- Pulling together data for internal and client reporting
- Look at currents ways of working and challenge them, coming up with ideas to modernise and further automate some of the processes
The Ideal Candidate
To be consideredfor this role, you clearly need solid, stable and progressive financial accounts experience. What will make the difference is demonstrating you wont be flustered when dealing with senior people or clients, able to deal with some push back etc, and also you need to be a creative thinker, wanting to make things better at the same time as running an efficient, compliant ship
It is a hybrid role, you will be in the office probably a couple of times a week and can work at home the rest of the time. The benefits are excellent.
